Identipro offer FREE CARRIAGE (48 Hour Tracked Service) on online orders for mainland UK delivery, with an option to upgrade to 24 Hour Tracked for a small additional charge.

For UK Mainland Shipping a courier upgrade option is available at £7.45 which upgrades the shipping service used to trackable, traceable shipping by DHL Parcel Next Day Service.

Additional delivery charges for Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will be added (weight based) during the online checkout process.

Orders of 'in stock' items will be dispatched on the day of order if placed before 1pm (and we do our best to despatch the same day for orders placed after 1pm).

Any items showing on our site as '2-3 days' or '3-5 days' - this is an indicative lead time in working days for an item we pull from the UK warehouse or the European Warehouse in Belgium.  Please contact us with any specific queries about lead time ahead of ordering.

We do tend to dispatch complete orders together in one shipment, so if you order a mix of stock and non-stock items then your order will usually dispatch when all items are ready for dispatch.  Please call if you need some items quickly and we can look at split shipping.

If you send us an order by email that we need to handle manually then we add a standard £9.95 courier delivery to the order.
